Can't stream on LAN when internet goes out

Hi guys.  Whenever my internet goes out I am unable to stream to my dune media player.  The Dune can't find the network share.  The files reside on my ReadyNAS so it should not require internet acces...

Assuming the ReadyNAS is the problem, you might be better off asking HERE?

I think it is the way my network or dhcp is configured at the router? Ill post over there if no one can help here.
