Can't transfer files to NAS through new modem/router
Hi guys. hoping someone may be able to assist here. Have recently moved house and bought a new modem router, Netgear D6300 but since moving into the new place have been able to see my ReadyNAs Ultra 2...

The first thing to try is to enter \\NASNAME\SHARENAME into the Windows Explorer ("Computer") address bar. Note this is NOT internet explorer, and the direction of the slash does matter.
NASNAME is of course the name of the NAS that you assigned during setup. SHARENAME is the name of one of your shared folders.
If you get a password prompt, use "admin" as the user name, and the NAS admin password.
