Can't update 102 to firmware 6.4.0
I have tried using the NAS webpage (FIREFOX) to auto update and also a manual update of downloaded firmware without success. The unit uploads the image and prompts a reboot to install yet it doesn't...

Can you confirm the current Firmware of your RN102 unit? Also have you tried using a different PC and browser?
