Can't update 102 to firmware 6.4.0

I have tried using the NAS webpage (FIREFOX) to auto update and also a manual update of downloaded firmware without success. The unit uploads the image and prompts a reboot to install yet it doesn't...

Pat o'connell is investigating this issue suport case number is 25891621 and the nas is in service more currently

      downgraded to 6.4.2 and that enabled me to update to 6.4 no probs!
