Can't update 102 to firmware 6.4.0
I have tried using the NAS webpage (FIREFOX) to auto update and also a manual update of downloaded firmware without success. The unit uploads the image and prompts a reboot to install yet it doesn't...
downgraded to 6.4.2 and that enabled me to update to 6.4 no probs!
Unfortunately, I can't confirm that this is working. I do have an 102 with firmware 6.2.4. I followed the support note.
The initrd.log still gives
[2015/11/01 03:09:29] Update checksum verification failed! Aborting. [2015/11/01 03:09:31] Update image checksum mismatch (7d47463d9c9014d7dc3a1cd8b88d33a7/...)
So I assume there is a more fundamental problem to it.
Has anybody an idea how we can support Netgear to resolve this issue (e.g. where to send reports to channel them correctly?)
