Can't update from 4.1.8-T9 to latest firmware- ReadyNAS Duo
I'm running the beta firmware that came out last August-T9. I have been getting emails from my NAS that a firmware update is available. I've tried the remote update several times but there are no results shown. I then tried to download the firmware and do a local install. However, I never get a file appearing in my Download folder- all I get is code shown on my Safari page. Can I not do a firmware update because I'm already running the Beta of the same firmware? If so, how do I stop the email messages? And why can't I seem to download the file? It's worked before (that's how I got the Beta firmware)? I'm using a Mac OS 10.6.8

- ReadySECUREApprenticeHello,
You should be able at least to download the firmware. Try a different browser or computer. You should be able to update locally without issues. I am not sure why it is not showing any results when looking for the firmware though.
