I didn't manage to make it work.
I did everything they say in the link you gave me but in vain, still have the same issue.
The weird thing is that when i use the test button, it tells me that everything is ok.
I have no idea what to do now.

Do you have a second windows PC? If so, try accessing the PC share with the same credentials from the second PC.

I tried and i can't. I have network error saying WIndows can't access the directory.
Edit : I managed to make it accessible by adding "Everyone" in the advanced share tab of the directory but can't still back it up. ALways the same error : "SOurce cannot be mounted on the system".

Try removing the user/pass on the backup job - since "everyone" is now enabled you shouldn't need it.
If that works we can figure out how to remove the "everyone".
