RMA Process

I am new to the RMA process. I have a Rma # and checked status and is says:

Staus : exported

Shipped: False

what does that mean?

 

  • JOKER2U,

     

    As per checking, You chose Standard Swap Exchange as your shipping option on which you do need to send the faulty unit first before we can ship the replacement unit.
