RMA Process

I am new to the RMA process. I have a Rma # and checked status and is says: Staus : exported Shipped: False what does that mean?

    JOKER2U,

     

    As per checking, You chose Standard Swap Exchange as your shipping option on which you do need to send the faulty unit first before we can ship the replacement unit.
