Hello Karl-Heinz,
Welcome to the community!
I believe you are looking for a setting on the date and time of the ReadyNAS where you can set the time to military time or the 24-hr time. Unfortunately there isn't an option on the settings.
Here is an article how to change the time and date settings: How do I set the time and date on my ReadyNAS OS 6 storage system?
You can post this as suggestion at Idea Exchange board, I find this great idea too. :)
Regards,
Thanks.
For me it's hard to understand why for a product which is sold not only in US there isn't a simple possibility to change the time format in the standard one. The day has 24 hrs and not 12. Non only US-Military know that this PM/AM creates always problems. Good that Bytes are not measured in Gallons or feet ;-)
International Standard ISO 8601 should be a must for all creating software, but seems that also 30 years after it's not. This point should be solved soon by netgear.
It not a good sign that after years of development this point isn't sorted out. 8-((
I have other NAS from other companies and they have the standard time format.
