Cloud users "disappear"

This has happened a few times and is puzzling me.

 

I have a number of cloud users and from time to time they get automatically deleted from readycloud.

By this I mean that I can still see the user has cloud access to certain shares when I look at the shares locally, but when I logon to readycloud as admin and check the cloud users permissions they have no shares allocated to them.

 

It is getting tiresome having to check the permissions locally and keep adding the permissions back in readycloud.

 

Does anyone have any advice on this problem?
