Connect to frontview ?
Hi
I purchased the Netgear Pro Duo 1 today with 1x1TB disk.
I set up everything and its working quite nicely, but i met a problem with accessing Frontview on a secondary machine..
The NAS is on IP 192.168.10.117
The Computer i am trying to connect to the NAS via the webbrowser is on IP 192.168.10.116
It does connect but only to the "my shares" thing, and not into the admin section where i can do everything.
I guess i screwed up somewhere along the install, i have read somewhere it had to be 192.168.10.1 for admin stuff.
thing is, the other machine is not 192.168.10.1 but its 192.168.10.115.
All my units are marked as static ip.
So, can i do anything about this or do i have to use only the machine with RAIDar on it?

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserNot sure where you got that idea about 192.168.10.1, but it is totally incorrect. You should be able to log in from either machine.
Try https://192.168.10.117/admin in your web browser. Note there will be a certificate/security issue you need to click through. - tony007AspirantHi Stephen,
I don't know where i read that info but thanks for clarifying that for me!
It seems my browser (OWB) ain't compatible yet (Can't skip the certificates yet) and thats what fooled me it seems, but it works in my other browsers so thanks for the heads up!.
thanks!
