Connection lost
So, I'm having an issue maintaining a connection to the storage. I am able to ping the device, I can open the web interface, however whenever I try to go into anything it says connection lost try ma...
I was able to use the boot menu to reinstall the OS and it worked. I am now able to get into it and everything is showing healthy and proper inside http now.

You can backup your data by booting the device in 'Volume read only'. Steps are available here.

Once it is rebooted into Volume Read Only mode, how do I create the backup? I'm not able to get into it through the webpage and when I try to SSH into it, I get the error message "Connection Refused".
Can you access \\nas-ip-address in file explorer?
