If the BT router has a UPNP setting, then try changing it. If there is a wireless setting related to multicast or broadcast, try turning it on. It's hard to be more precise than that w/o seeing the router manual.
You may also be having an issue with both plex and ReadyDLNA running - maybe try turning ReadyDLNA off, and then rebooting?
