Content Source Removed

Afternoon Steve! thanks for the advice I have a new BT Home Hub 4. I have turned off the Extended UPnP security, should I turn off UPnp altogether? I did re-nstall the OS last night in the hope it might sort the issue (as it never did this initially) but to no avail. The home hub uses this new smart wireless setting which looks for the best WIFI channel and switches to the strongest signal, but I've turned that off and Fixed the Channel on 10 as the WDTV seemed to like that most. I did try and run the NAS with ReadyDNLA turned off but then I the Plex Media Server dissappeared also!? so I couldn't stream anything. Regarding the HH4 it has 2.4 & 5Ghz bandwidths and have them both enabled (the 5GHz synced to the 2.4) Would this be causing an issue,do I need 5Ghz anyway. There are a whole bunch of variables at work here!
