Is the readynas in the right workgroup - the same as the windows PC? The NAS and wdtv must be in the same workgroup.
You should be able to check this from your PC - does the readynas appear in Network and sharing centre?
You can change the workgroup name of the readynas if you need to.
Is there any setting in the wdtv live to manually enter a network share path?
