Convert DVD to Xbox
Hi, I have my own DVD's of birthdays etc, which were all made on Pinnacle - so are in VOB format. I would like to make these work on the xbox - via the NAS (Duo V2). I have tried several ways, ...

Pinnacle will also 'import' DVD's and allow you then to export them to MP4's which the xbox will play just fine streamed from a duo v1
It's not the fastest way of doing it, but it works for me

Hiya,
just made a quick one using Pinnacle and mirrored the settings on the previous website - and it worked.
It was:
VIDEO - 1280x720, 5000 kbits/sec, 30 frames/sec
Audio - MPEG-4, 128 kbits/sec, 16 bit stereo, 48 khz.
The file went from 94MB to 470MB.!! And the quality wasnt 100%, and it was a little juddery.
However, and this may be where I am mucking it up, the original video (shot on camcorder) was 854x480, 4000 kbits/sec, 25 frames per sec.
Would this be the error of my ways ??
