HI,
My other NAS got HD failure so I remove both HD
and bought new one
two 12TB and I installed them
I truned the NAS on so I can make them Raid 0
but it said is resyning data !
but there is no HD or data . may I know what this mean ?

Just so I understand you correctly: You are saying that there is no data you need on either drive and those are the only two drives installed?
If so, then the NAS is in the process of creating a RAID1 from your two drives, as XRAID will do with two drives. You do not have to wait for that to complete. You can simply switch to FlexRAID, destroy the volume, and re-create your new RAID0 one.
Note, however, that losing either drive in a RAID0 configuration loses all data. Two separate volumes would at least only destroy only half of it if the drive fails.
