Copying between volumes
Hi, Is there any faster way to copy between two shares? Copying over CISF/Windows between network drives is taking very long. My ReadyNAS has got RAIDator 4.1.6. Thanks.

You can use the EnableRootSSH add-on but pay heed to the warning:
Username is 'root' and password will initially be set to be the same as your admin password.
You can login using PuTTy on Windows.
Alternative you can use the terminal on Mac OS X or Linux:
Then use the mv, cp commands etc.

With the EnableRootSSH add-on, you can now remote login to the ReadyNAS RAIDiator shell as a root user. Initial password for root will be the same as the current FrontView admin password. Please keep in mind that NETGEAR may deny support if you’ve enabled root access.
