Copying between volumes
Hi, Is there any faster way to copy between two shares? Copying over CISF/Windows between network drives is taking very long. My ReadyNAS has got RAIDator 4.1.6. Thanks.
If you want to move a lot of data, but only need to do it on rare occasion, I actually suggest using backup jobs. This way you won't have to deal with the command line, and you can avoid having a client PC tied up waiting for a file transfer to finish. Set your source as the original share/folder, and then the destination as the newshare/folder.
