Copy/move between shares is sloooooooooooow...
I have SSH'd into my 316 and am doing cp and mv's... trying to move a bunch of data from one share to another (/data/share1 to /data/share2). It's slow. Like, really slow (maybe 90 seconds per GB)...
Took the plunge, bought the PHP and got Ajaxplorer up and configured. Repository aligned with path, permissions set, goto copy data into the same share/directory and it's making me wait. In Win 7 I can see it moving the files (when I do a refresh each minute).
So.....something definitely not right :(
Then I try to cut/paste or 'move' (whichever) and it works. Anything inter-share is instant whether over Windows, SSH or Xplorer (oops didn't need it in the end).
Copy/paste is the culprit, is this correct?
