Can I safely delete these files?

  • Yes.  Those processes crashed on those dates.  They'd be perhaps useful in debugging what went wrong, but they are old and you probably aren't going to do that anyway.

        Yes, seeing they're old you can just delete them.

         

        If they were recent you could compress them so they don't take up so much space and maybe even move them to the data volume, but I wouldn't bother for such old ones.
