Try 127.0.0.1 on the RN - that's what's in my file.

It was like that, then I tried 192.
I put it back to 127.0.0.1 but no luck.

Some less likely things:
On the PC the .ui_info file should be in c:\ProgramData\CrashPlan
On the ReadyNAS it should be in /var/lib/crashplan. That copy needs to be edited preserving linux text file conventions (for instance notepad++).
You might also want to check ui.properties in c:\program files (x86)\CrashPlan\conf. ServiceHost and ServicePort lines should be commented out (begin with a #)

yes I'm using notepad++
It's all as you suggest. Only thing is that the .ui_info on the NAS has 192.168.0.10 as address. If I change it to 127.0.0.1 and restart the service, it goes back to 192.168.0.10... and the token changes every time.

It sounds like it is connecting with the crashplan service on the PC.
I'm not seeing anything wrong with your configuration though.
