Crashplan for Dummies, aka Step by Step :)

Change it to
#Fri Dec 09 09:50:22 CST 2005
#serviceHost=192.168.1.66
servicePort=4200
...
(specify the new service port, but not the servicehost).
If you look at the putty configuration (tunnels) you should see
L4200 localhost:4243in the forwarded ports box.
