If it is the case that your data was not uploaded then good to find it now rather then when you need to restore. I get the emails that say that everything is backed up and I see recent changes replicated so I think my data is current.
I am not a Linux guy so I am not comfortable with uninstalling and reinstalling quite yet (without directions). Will see if anyone else chimes in with their experiences.
