Data shows a red bar
I noticed that the "data" chart on the Overview tab under the System tab is always red, showing that the space is almost used up. I only have 3.88 TB used out of the 8 TB of usable space under RAID 5...
Sorry about that. Yes, I can tell that the space is not being taken up by movies because I have all movies backed up to a separate hard disk. They take up a little less than 4 TB on the nackup disk. I think what happened was that I used to have the snashots activated, but I recently changed them all to "never". Now it says there are 0 snapshots, but I think that the space on the ReadyNAS may still be taken up by the old snapshots. That's just a guess.
I have attached a recent screenshot from the Shares tab, which shows the totals for each share.

It might be good if you download the log zip file from the logs page, and ask one of the mods ( JohnCM_S or Marc_V ) to analyze them for you. Don't try to post them publicly. Instead send a private message (PM) to them using the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page. I am wondering if the balance didn't really complete due to the fullness of the volume.
You'll need to upload the zip file to cloud storage (google drive, onedrive, dropbox, etc), and include a download link in your PM.
Do you have enough storage to save off some or all of your files? I think it's important for you to have a backup.
