Deactivating Write-protection for Flash and BIOS Setup
Hallo Netgearer,
pls, how can I deactivate the software write-protection for the BIOS Setup and the Flash ROM of my ReadyNAS Ultra 2?
I like to change the Boot Device Priority of the NAS to Install my preffered Linux Distribution.

- Using the serial console is unsupported. Any damage done through attempting to setup a serial console connection or through using it will void the warranty.
Replacing the RAIDiator OS with a 3rd party OS is also unsupported and voids the warranty.
What problem do you have with the RAIDiator OS? It works well and gets the job done.
