Dead Readynas - extract data

From your profile data I am guessing Readynas duo v1. If you purchased your duo in Jul 2010, that is what it must be. Also, check on your purchase date. If you joined the forum awhen you purchased, your warranty expired around July. But if you joined to do some purchase research, you might still have coverage - the warranty period is 3 years.
One way to extract the content is to connect drive 1 to a Windows PC, and use the freeware Linux Reader software from here: http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/
If you are getting no lights/fan sounds, then it is possible that the power brick failed. You might be able to find a replacement - maybe try support.netgear.com and see if they have any advice.
