Degraded ReadyNAs 314

I have a readynas 314 that says Degraded volume but doesn't say in the log which drive is broken or what is going on.

Can somebody help me please.

        mdstat.log indicates one of the disks (disk 1) is faulty and this is corroborated by errors in e.g. systemd-journal.log
