Your snapshots were not upgraded when you updated to 6.2.4 back in July last year.
As a result they are not showing up in the UI.

Since you are not comfortable with providing remote access you have a few options.
1. If you are comfortable with SSH you could do:
# touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade # systemctl restart readynasd
This should upgrade the snapshots which would then allow you to delete them
or 2. You could backup your data, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore your data from backup. Considering your system was setup on 6.0.0 (the very first firmware release) I think this would be a good idea. We have added some filesystem improvements which are not required, but still nice to have that can only be obtained by creating a new filesystem.
Note the issue that you have run into is a one-off upgrade issue that you ran into when updating to 6.2.4. You won't run into this problem again.
