Desperately need data on a unit with dead NIC
I have ready many posts that the ReadyNAS Duo v2 has NIC issues. My NIC is dead and i have tried all the troubleshooting from other posts. I desperately need access to my Data though. My warranty is ...

If your warranty is expired, you must have a v1.
All v2s are still covered by warranty, they haven't been out long enough for the 3-year warranty to end.
So start by reading the guide vandermerwe linked to.
If you do try diskinternals, you need to use disk 1. Disk 2 is formatted differently - and there is no data partition. (The data is mirrored there, but the hardware raid in the duo v1 requires a different organization for that disk).
