Desperately need data on a unit with dead NIC
I have ready many posts that the ReadyNAS Duo v2 has NIC issues. My NIC is dead and i have tried all the troubleshooting from other posts. I desperately need access to my Data though. My warranty is ...
Your best option to get the data is to try linux reader with disk 1 of the duo v1.

My view is that you should exchange or return the v2. An RN102 is at a similar price point, and is a going-forward product. The v2 is not (and never really got all the features of the v1 and the OS6 products).
