Direct Update From old 1100 to RN3130

The RAID format and filesystem are both different.
You will need to backup your data, verify the backup is good, power down, move the disks across, do a factory default (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore your data from backup.
You will find the RN3130 is a lot faster than your 1100 was.
