Disk Failure Detected...

Here's the SMART info as reported by the ReadyNAS for one of my disks. Have 6 of the same in the NAS and definitely have problems with them. :)

I can't find anything that says "-302" after the 9VT166 for mine. The Newegg page I originally ordered from in March, 2011 doesn't seem to have more specific info, but it's this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6822148681
