If you have owned the Ultra for less than 3 years, you should still be covered under hardware warranty, and you should contact support with this issue. If you have owned it for longer than that, I would still recommend using the email support option to get the issue resolved.
I've contacted support now, they responded with some tips that I had already tried and said that I should keep an eye open for new firmware updates...
But as Q1 ends today it should be a short wait :/
