Bartw, note that this thread is actually a YEAR and two months old. I first posted on it on March 27, 2011. The OP was on March 13th, 2011. I've had this problem ever since then. Have tried everything and still no dice. I'm usually safe if I don't do any heavy copying to the drive, but the problem persists. It sucks that it hasn't been addressed yet.
