Disk Full - Cannot delete SnapShots

I have about 50% disk usage, but have reached 95% full with snapshots. I have attempted to delete about half of the snapshots from each share, but have not regained any "%" of the disk space. I also have the NAS shared for TimeMachine, and have removed everything except 250G of that, with no change to the "%" full.

Firmware 6.5.1

Thank you for any help

To reclaim space you generally have to delete the oldest snapshots first.  Is that what you did?

Also, if you go to System > Volumes, click on the Settings wheel for the volume and go down to Settings there is a Snapshot Pruning item. You can adjust the volume usage threshold at which the oldest automatic snapshots are pruned so that the volume doesn't get as full from snapshots.

I found this setting and adjusted this as well, and no change here either.

This was not what I had initally done, but I went back deleted more files - no change!

Sometimes it can take a little while for the space to be reclaimed.

A balance sometimes helps, but it will struggle with a 95% full volume.

      Update, ...

Over the weekend, I began pulling files from the unit, (specifically complete share volume contents) and then deleteing the share - this has not changed the "full" status in any amount. I have removed in excess of 1TB (not including the snapshot pruning and deletion), and it still shows 694G available, with about one half in snapshots, and one half in data.
