Does it exists an "ftp" supporting the download resuming ?

Though I think using FTP for backup isn't ideal.
Sorry I would to say he probably can use a ftp client on server to connect to nas ftp server to get data for perform a backup.
Unfortunately, I cannot install anything like an ftp client onto the seedbox (I don't have any access to something like a command prompt, or so... Just a web interface, that's all).
And even if I could do it, I won't do : FTP server is a real bug strainer... I don't want to allow anyone or anything access to my NAS, through a such lame protocol than a FTP Server.
So unfortunately, I'm always blocked, and I think more and more to change my NAS with a QNAP or a Synology, which all support the FTP resume command... :'(
