Does NV+ V2 support RAM Upgrade
I just bought a NV+ v2 and since it came with 256MB of RAM, I assumed it is upgradable to 1GB just like the others. I can't seem to find any instructions on upgrading the RAM anywhere and I ended up ...
I know this is a bit of an old thread but just wanted to post to say very disappointed that the ram isn't upgradeable.
I was seriously considering this as an upgrade for my duo v1. Problem is that that also came with 256mb ram, and would always crash when downloading large files with bit torrent. Upgrading the ram fixed this issue completely and boosted overall performance, so it was clear that 256mb is woefully insufficient for a Duo let alone this.
Shame, I was going to buy one, but I won't be getting another readynas if they've removed the ability to upgrade ram with the v2 :(
