Don't know my subnet on ReadyNas

I am trying to get in touch with my ReadyNas who I not have been using for a couple of years. And now I cant find it with my Raidar, and I thing is because I have the wrong subnet and I cant remember with subnet I used.

Using mac and the subnet "workgroup" is not working.

What can I do?

    Hi Jobarez,

    Welcome to the community!

Even if your ReadyNAS is on a different subnet, the RAIDar utility should still detect it. Can you tell us if you important files to recover or access from your device?

    Kind regards,
