Downgrading RN104 to RN102
Hi everyone, I've been tasked with getting the data from two 4TB hard drives which were apparently in a RAID 1 setup in a Readynas RN104. I cannot access the original NAS, and don't know which or...
Provided that there were only 2 disks in the 104 and the volume was redundant that should be fine, though it is recommended to keep the disk order the same.
If a static I.P. was set then you may need to do some further steps if the I.P. range is different but that will be the same whichever model you go with.
You may also wish to consider the RN202 and RN212.
