Provided that there were only 2 disks in the 104 and the volume was redundant that should be fine, though it is recommended to keep the disk order the same.
If a static I.P. was set then you may need to do some further steps if the I.P. range is different but that will be the same whichever model you go with.
You may also wish to consider the RN202 and RN212.
