No, it would not be a problem.
But if you prefer, you could substitute the 4 TB IronWolf Pro (about $30 USD more in the US). That runs at 7200 rpm.

Netgear exited the NAS business some years ago. Your Ultra was discontinued back in 2013, so the HCL hasn't been updated for years. The newest OS-6 hardware was released in 2017, so the HCL for those products is also very stale.
Generally any NAS-purposed or enterprise-class SATA drive is compatible.
