Duo - dead, no lights or fans
Hi everyone. Hope you can help. I left my Duo while i was copying a Bluray rip to it over my network and came back to find it switched off. Trying to now power on the Duo and nothing happens. Pre...
Nobody heard of this before?
Are the power supplies in the Duo likely to fail or is this not really heard of?
Assuming i get it exchanged for a new Duo i assume i should follow the guide here:- http://www.rnasguide.com/2011/03/26/migrating-your-disks-from-one-readynas-to-another-readynas-on-the-same-platform/
Particularly following the "If the source ReadyNAS is not in a working condition:" and using my spare 500Gb SATA drive to make sure the Duo is at 4.1.7 as my 2 x 2Tb drives are and then swapping in these drives?
