Duo Firmware update (to 5.3.8) Issue

Question

I have just attempted to update my Duo v2 to RAIDiator 5.3.8 and restarted when prompted, however I can no longer access my Duo, except via SSH. I can ping the device by IP but not name, and cannot connect via explorer or web browser. Trying to use RAIDar to connect lists my device by name and IP, recognising drives anf FAN OK, but has no indicator for Volume Status. Please can anyone help?
