Duo v1 boots but does not recognise any disks
I had a power failure on my NAS (plug got pulled by accident) and after powering it on again it's not recognising my drives - Raidar says that the disks are Bad or Not detected. If I try to start it ...

Thanks for the reminder about the warranty - duly noted.
Last night I managed to get it to boot up with the "bad disk" in slot 2 and no disk in slot 1. I'm going to return the disk that was in slot 1 to seagate this week (once I've complied with their rigourous returns requirements) and I should get a replacement in a couple of weeks.
Do you still think it's work opening a support ticket or should I wait to see if this drive also fails? If it doesn't...are there any issues with me "just" putting the new disk in to slot 1 and expecting the synch to work it all out?
