Duo v1 will not boot - No Disk Detected

Hmmm, according to the warranty check it's not been registered yet which may not necessarily be a good thing. I've emailed him but I dont expect there will be a positive outcome on the possibility of replacement hardware without a receipt of some sort.

Whats your feelings on the state of the unit? Is it bricked? Can anything be done to get it to at least try and boot?

I would have thought something would/should have appeared on the console on power up but immediately goes to the flashy lights sequence. Is there another method of getting a console? I presume 9600 8-n-1 is right? It certainly seemed to work with the pro unit. Also, I can see another pin block, looks to be about 5 or 6 pins just above the serial console, anyone know what thats for?

I can continue guessing all night so it might be time to give it a rest until tomorrow.

If anyone has any tips I can try please feel free to share.
