Duo v1 with no files access
Recently upgraded one my computer's and ISP service with new router. I can't access my files on my share or my USB drives attached to my NAS on any of my computers. Currently getting this error: ...

Also, your v1 is running the current firmware.
What happens if you enter \\nas-ipaddress into the windows explorer address bar (not IE, and note the direction of the slashes).
