Duo v2: Cannot login to c share using windows explorer
Hi, I have a new duov2 RAIDiator 5.3.3 ( sold the duo v1 ) Now i can't acces the c share from windows explorer. It asks for a user name and password. When i use the admin password i get rejected. ...
That also doesn't work. But i've chatted with a worker at the helpdesk for arround 2 hours. He even took over my system. And even he coudn't figure it out and now he's consulting a Senior Product Specialist. And i will get an E-mail if the think they have a solution.
