Duo v2: Device is Offline
Anyone any idea what this means? Came across it when connecting to Dashboard to check on Diskspace usage, not because of any issue - as I haven't had any. Running firmware 5.3.3. BTW -...

I think this error can also be got if you open the Dashboard before the NAS has completed booting. If you still get the problem after waiting a little and reloading the Dashboard you should contact NetGear support for assistance and post your case number. Preferably in a thread started by you with the case number in the thread title (i.e. subject of first post in the thread).
