ReadyCloud: Device is offline
Please help me! I have a normal acces via the admin page, but via the readyCloud still the message device is offline. The readyCloud in the settings is turned on.
I am also facing problems with the firmware update.
So I have set up my readyNAS completely new. But both problems remains. So let me know what to do.
I updated it to 6.5.2 and I've just updated it to 6.7.2.
Updates should work the normal ways (local or remote update) going forward.
You should be able to join your NAS to ReadyCLOUD now. Please check this too when you get the chance.

What firmware version are you using?
Also, are you seen green status for internet and cloud access on the Cloud page of the web ui?

Stephen, I have firmware version 6.2.0. System says I need to upgrade to 6.2.5 but that fails. I have tried many ways to update, without succes. Even after a complete reset tot manufactory setting, no effect for the firmware.
and Yes I see green status for internet and cloud access on the Cloud page of the web ui.

That is the problem. You need at least 6.5.1 to use ReadyCloud, and of course you should be running 6.7.4 (current firmware). You need to get there in steps, which is why the update server is only offering 6.2.5.
Have you tried manually downloading 6.2.5, and installing it from the systems->settings page? The download link is here: https://kb.netgear.com/29498/ReadyNAS-OS-Version-6-2-5-RN102-RN104-Only
